**DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT** **Job Expectations:** Establish an ongoing viable network of referral sources that supports the facility and ensures the census and program goals of the facility are achieved and maintained. **Requirements:** **Education / Qualifications****:** * + High School Diploma or Equivalent + College graduate or College experience preferred **Knowledge / Experience****:** * + At least 1 year of healthcare marketing and/or experience with admissions required. + Long term care experience and/or comparable experience in a healthcare setting required. + Ability to work effectively with all members of a multi\-disciplinary team. + Excellent oral and written communication skills. + Highly motivated and creative individual with an ability to work independently. + Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities + Excellent time management skills
