Hoxton Circle is partnering with a private equity backed accounting firm platform to hire a fully remote Senior Accountant into its corporate finance team. The business invests in and acquires regional CPA firms, giving them the capital, technology and back\-office support of a large firm while letting them stay independent. It’s growing quickly through acquisition, and finance sits right at the center of that, because every new partner firm has to be brought into the group’s systems and reporting. It’s a young company with ambitious goals, but with the resources and leadership of a much larger firm. **The Role** Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you’ll lead the month\-end close for the consolidated corporate and subsidiary financials and help publish monthly GAAP financial statements within 15 days of month\-end, including MD\&A and variance analysis.
