Overview: BlueWater Federal is looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Full\-Stack Developer to support the DOE EHSS Application, Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity Support (AICS) program AICS enables secure, reliable, and data\-driven operations across the DOE enterprise through application modernization, DevSecOps, Zero Trust implementation, continuous monitoring, and infrastructure sustainment supporting EHSS’s environment, health, safety, security, and classification missions. This is a hybrid role with potential support of multiple DOE sites in the DC metro area. Responsibilities: * Design and implement enterprise\-scale dynamic full\-stack applications from approved requirements and specifications. * Develop complex code, frameworks, web services, and APIs supporting transaction processing, reporting, integration, and data exchange. * Develop Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server solutions using Java, .NET, and related technologies; resolve database, architecture, performance, and coding issues. * Integrate authentication, role\-based access, data security, Section 508, Zero Trust, and cybersecurity controls. * Create data models, database designs, queries, and ETL supporting BI, a...
