Senior Manager, Project Management \- Learning \& Development Strategic Operations and Facilitation Lead Capital One’s Learning \& Development Strategic Operations team is looking for a Senior Manager to lead our operating model, data prioritization with partner teams, and learning facilitation strategy—someone who can build strong cross\-functional trust, untangle complex workflows, and keep our operational engine running smoothly. In this role, you will lead a team of individual contributors across project management, platform governance, analytics, and facilitation (i.e., learning delivery) to shape our operational roadmap and maximize the impact of enterprise learning priorities. In addition to driving core operational strategy, you will oversee and lead a dedicated pod of approximately 5 full\-time facilitators who deliver the learning content for flagship enterprise programs like Capital One Leads and S\&G’s Universal Curriculum.
