**Position Summary** Blue Haven Grant Consultants is seeking a highly organized, client\-focused professional to coordinate a portfolio of NIH SBIR/STTR grant applications. The Grants Operations Lead will manage schedules, client follow\-up, required documents, project records, readiness checks, and submission coordination so scientific writers can focus on strategy and content. Key Responsibilities * **Project planning:** Build and maintain workplans, milestones, owners, dependencies, review dates, and internal deadlines. * **Client coordination:** Serve as the primary contact for routine onboarding, scheduling, document requests, reminders, and status updates. * **Portfolio control:** Monitor active applications, competing deadlines, overdue inputs, workload conflicts, and critical\-path risks. * **Meeting support:** Prepare agendas, capture decisions and action items, assign owners and due dates, and follow through to closure. * **Application documents:** Coordinate biosketches, letters, facilities/resources materials, budget inputs, subaward and collaborator documents, and other required attachments. * **Document control:** Maintain organized OneDrive files and accurate project...
