This role supports daily production operations by helping lead production teams, maintain quality standards, and ensure gift pack production runs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on leader who enjoys working in a fast\-paced environment, developing employees, and driving operational excellence. What You'll Do: You'll assist in supervising production operations while ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and staffing goals are met.
