Description: **About the Role:** Works in accordance with the USAgain Idea \& Purpose and reports directly to the Director of Operations. The Division Manager is responsible for managing the division with quality decision\-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Division Manager leads the division team to make a positive impact for PEOPLE, PLANET, and PROFIT. The Division Manager is responsible for managing all activities in the division to follow the USAgain procedures, including the collection of material from TreeMachines and Clothing Dop Spots, the processing of material and shipping of finished products from the warehouse, and managing the people and economy to achieve the budgeted result.
