**EXCEL is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in our Mobile, Alabama office!** We’re seeking a construction professional with a strong background in executing complex industrial projects, including petrochemical, refining, chemical, LNG, power, data centers, and other heavy industrial facilities. ### **Ideal candidates will have:** * 7 to 15\+ years of industrial construction experience, including 3 to 5\+ years in a Project Manager or comparable project leadership role. * Experience managing projects or major work packages from preconstruction through completion. * Strong understanding of mechanical/piping, electrical and instrumentation (E\&I), civil/structural, or multidiscipline construction. * Demonstrated responsibility for project safety, quality, cost, schedule, productivity, and client satisfaction. * Experience with cost forecasting, progress tracking, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, change management, and project closeout. * Ability to identify project risks early and develop practical solutions. * Strong commercial awareness, including contract requirements, scope management, change orders, and cost recovery...
