**Groundskeeper** We are seeking a reliable and hands\-on Groundskeeper to support the day\-to\-day maintenance operations of a residential community. This role is responsible for assisting with property upkeep, apartment turns, grounds maintenance, work orders, and ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and well maintained for residents and staff.
