Located in New Orleans, Fair Grounds operates a slot\-machine gaming facility and 13 off\-track betting parlors throughout southeast Louisiana. **JOB SUMMARY** --------------- The General Manager, OTB Operations administers, directs, and coordinates the business plan and day\-to\-day operations of all off\-track betting (OTB) parlors in Louisiana owned by Fair Grounds Racecourse \& Slots, personally or through subordinate managers.
