**Job Title** Financial Analyst **Job Description Summary** Position Summary: The Capital Markets Financial Analyst (“CMFA”) Hub Analyst will support transactions generated by Cushman \& Wakefield’s Private Client Investment Sales brokerage services across multiple product types, with a concentration in office and retail. The primary role of the CMFA will be to perform financial analysis activities of pricing, Excel valuation model creation and auditing, lease abstractions, due diligence collection and review, market data collection, and translating analysis findings into high\-level summaries with oversight from senior members of the team. The ideal candidate will be based in Morristown, NJ and available to work on\-site at that local Cushman \& Wakefield office.
