We are looking for a sharp, operations\-focused coordinator who is ready to go hardcore and grind. This is not a desk job for someone who wants to coast \- we need someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, high\-intensity environment, takes ownership, and executes without needing to be told twice. No prior construction experience required.
