Job Responsibilities: * Plan and monitor projects from submittal phase through final installation, ensuring that product is delivered and installed on time and within budget * Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure all aspects match project scope * Identify materials required, insure their purchase and put work orders into production, by job * Coordinate and manage multiple jobs in various stages of construction * Conduct job site visits in order to field measure, review details with customer and ensure overall job accuracy * Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, set\-ups * Negotiate with vendors Requirements: PAST INSTALLER EXPERIENCE PREFERRED Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Commercial Millwork industry Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications Proficient with Word, MS Excel and Outlook Extremely detail\-oriented – able to track change orders, RFI’s and other job\-related paperwork Superior organizational and time management skills Estimating experience Successfully complete pre\-employment drug screen Background check required Complete qualitative pre\-employment testing.
