Pirate Ventures is looking for a hands\-on **Facilities Manager** to keep our venues, warehouse, and operations running smoothly. You'll lead our maintenance and janitorial teams, manage event inventory and logistics, and ensure our spaces are safe, clean, and guest\-ready every day. **What You'll Do** * Manage our warehouse of event supplies, equipment, and operational inventory * Coordinate deliveries and pickups between venues based on operational needs * Lead and schedule janitorial teams across multiple locations * Oversee maintenance staff and vendors to ensure repair requests are completed quickly and effectively * Conduct facility inspections and identify maintenance needs * Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and facility projects * Support venue buildouts, special events, and operational improvements **What We're Looking For** * 3\+ years of facilities, maintenance, warehouse, or operations management experience * Strong leadership and team management skills * Excellent organization and problem\-solving abilities * Bilingual (English \& Spanish) preferred * Comfortable working both behind a desk and in the field * Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to...
