We are a leading real estate company operating 280 properties in nearly 40 states specializing in mobile home park and RV resort acquisition, leasing, and management. **Position Summary:** The Regional Maintenance Foreman leads, coordinates, and participates in maintenance operations across a multi\-property portfolio of manufactured housing communities and RV parks in the Southern Oregon region. This is a hands\-on leadership role responsible for supervising on\-site maintenance staff, overseeing and executing capital improvement and turnover projects, maintaining community infrastructure (water, sewer, electrical, gas, and roads), and ensuring all properties and team members meet company standards as well as state and local health, safety, and code requirements. The RMF serves as the skilled technical resource and quality\-control backbone for the region, balancing preventive maintenance, emergency response, and long\-term asset preservation.
