Villa at City Center is seeking a Security Guard to join their team! The security Guard maintains a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. **Security Guard Duties and Responsibilities:** * Secures premises by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. * Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. Notifies Administrator and HR designee if violators are employees. * Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures. * May partner with and/or file reports with local law enforcement, as needed. * Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. * May walk employees and visitors to cars, as needed. * May handle light property maintaining to ensure safety, ex. changing lightbulbs, salting sidewalks. * All other duties as assigned. **Security Guard Qualifications and Skills:** * Strong written and verbal communicat...
