### **Pharmacist \| Contract (4x10s)** **Location:** Arizona 85542 **Pay:** $2,594 – $2,905/week ### **Schedule:** * 4x10\-hour shifts (variable) * Days, nights, swing shifts, and weekends as needed * Must be flexible with schedule and work across multiple locations ### **Position Summary \& Responsibilities:** * Provide inpatient, outpatient, and ER pharmacy services as needed * Accurately process prescriptions and manage medication dispensing * Handle controlled substances in compliance with policies and regulations * Counsel patients on medications and treatment plans * Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care * Maintain accurate documentation and ensure safe, efficient pharmacy operations ### **Requirements:** * **Current, active Pharmacy license (AZ preferred)** * **BLS Certification (Required); ACLS required for inpatient/ER, PALS required (can obtain onsite)** * **Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or PharmD from accredited program** * Minimum **hospital pharmacy experience (inpatient and/or outpatient required)** * **ER experience required** * Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and teamwork skills * Must pass background check and drug screen ### **Preferred Qual...
