**Job Description: Role Summary** The Engagement Manager serves as the primary client\-facing leader responsible for driving successful delivery of large\-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Platform initiatives through a global delivery model. The role acts as the bridge between client stakeholders, EXL leadership, and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment of business objectives, technical execution, delivery quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
