This role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company's locations: **Moncayo Golf \& Ocean Club**, set outside of Fajardo, Puerto Rico. **Moncayo Golf \& Ocean Club** is looking for an **Assistant Project Manager – Amenity Construction** to join the **Construction Department**. The purpose of the Assistant Project Manager – Amenity Construction role is to support the planning, coordination, and execution of amenity construction projects as assigned. This position will assist in managing the development and construction of luxury hospitality, recreational, and member\-facing facilities, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with established budgets, schedules, quality standards, and design intent. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Construction, Development, Design, and Operations teams, as well as external consultants, contractors, and vendors, to support the successful delivery of Moncayo's world\-class amenities.
