**Role Summary:** A Project Engineer within order engineering is an integral member of the Customer Order execution process. A Project Engineer reviews and prepares Engineering data, 2D drawings, 3D models, bills of materials, performs engineering studies and related calculations, and coordinates cross\-functionally with other Flowserve departments (internal and external) and suppliers to establish schedules for the fulfillment of standard and custom pump and seal orders. Able to analyze and improve quality, cost, and delivery of products by using lean and Six Sigma tools. **Responsibilities:** * Review and interpretation of customer specifications. * Assist in material selection to meet customer project requirements. * Technical project responsibility including creating complete engineering bills of material and customer/part design drawings. * Meets project schedule milestones for engineering deliverables. * Interfaces and supports other department functions by providing technical guidance to procurement, planning, manufacturing, and suppliers to clarify project requirements. * Conducts design reviews to ensure components \& assemblies comply with customer specifications and desi...
