Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced civil engineer to assist in the growth and expansion of our land development engineering department. Responsibilities: Duties and responsibilities for the Senior Project Manager include but are not limited to project design and permitting, calculations; familiarity with applicable FDEP, WMD, local, etc. codes and requirements and ensuring compliance; managing and communicating with project team(s), clients, and agencies; perform site visits as needed; and attend external meetings. Our land development projects include commercial, residential, municipalities, schools, parks and recreation, subdivisions and utility work. * Minimum of 8 years land development engineering experience * Minimum of 3 years project management experience Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in civil or agricultural engineering * Florida PE License * Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D * Stormwater and utility experience * Must pass mandatory DMV check **Work environment and physical demands of this position** The characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
