**The Opportunity** We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly capable Marketing \& Communications Manager to lead the company’s day\-to\-day marketing, communications, and brand management efforts. Reporting to the SVP of Community \& Place, this position will manage and execute marketing and communications initiatives across MLP’s corporate, community, real estate, and place\-based activities. This is a hands\-on role for an experienced marketing professional who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. Responsibilities range from developing marketing strategies and budgets to managing brand initiatives, creating compelling content, overseeing digital channels, coordinating creative work, and supporting major company and community initiatives. The Marketing \& Communications Manager will also serve as a key steward of MLP’s brands, including the iconic Kapalua butterfly, helping ensure that their identity, positioning, and expression reflect the character, history, and future vision of these special places.
