**Practice Administrator – Urology Clinics of North Texas** **Location:** Dallas \- Fort Worth, TX – multiple clinic sites **Job Type:** Full\-Time, Exempt **About Us** Urology Clinics of North Texas (UCNT) provides specialty urologic care to patients across North Texas. We're looking for an experienced healthcare leader to guide operations across several of our clinic locations and help our teams deliver consistent, high\-quality, patient\-centered care. **About the Role** As Practice Administrator, you'll lead clinical and business operations for a multi\-site practice supporting 6–10 or more providers. You'll develop and supervise our Clinic Managers, partner closely with physicians, and be accountable for the practice's financial performance, compliance, staffing, and patient experience.
