**Duties and Responsibilities:** * Reads orders in Asana to determine appropriate materials and equipment to generate the correct output. * Operate multiple print output devices under the guidance of the department Lead Person, learning all aspects of setup and machine operation to generate quality output. * Utilize Shipping Station to identify the most cost effective shipping solutions within given schedules. * Develop detailed knowledge of all Print Shop duties and equipment, including but not limited to: * Wide Format UV and Aqueous Printers (Canon Colorado, Canon ProGraf). * Toner based printers (Xerox, Konica Minolta). * Bourg Perfect Binder, Challenge 3\-Hole Punch, Champion Guillotine Cutter. * Knowing how to adjust the equipment safely to gain desired output. * An understanding of what could be considered bad final output. * Knowing how to perform, and with what frequency, quality checks must be completed to ensure quality throughout the order. * Learning the multitude of departmental schedules, Truck Mail, Endcaps, Catalogs, Doorbusters, etc. to help facilitate on\-time delivery. * Learning to communicate effectively to achieve optimal team efficiency. * Develop mastery of...
