The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is seeking a Facilitator to support its 20 Clubs Executive Networking Groups. These peer\-to\-peer groups provide owners and CEOs of home building and remodeling firms with a confidential forum to exchange best practices, examine business performance, address common challenges, and share systems and solutions that help them operate their businesses more effectively. The 20 Clubs Facilitator will lead and support up to ten (10\) networking groups and travel to approximately twenty (20\) multi\-day meetings annually. Working in partnership with club leadership, the Facilitator will guide productive discussions, promote meaningful member engagement, and help clubs operate in accordance with established program policies and procedures. The Facilitator will also serve as NAHB’s primary on\-site representative, coordinating with the 20 Clubs meeting\-planning staff and serving as the liaison among members, hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, speakers, sponsors, and other meeting partners.
