Serves as the primary liaison between SCOR, the Department of Admin's Procurement Services, and the OSE. Plans and monitors the daily and long term procurement actions. May serve as the lead for an agency level procurement. Ensures agency compliance on all purchases, acquisitions, and procurements. Coordinates and assist in the conduct of pre\-bid conferences. Assists in the selection process of awards. Develops agency procurement policies and procedures. Advises and assists directors in determining the best acquisition method for securing desired goods or services.
