**Description** **Job Overview:** The General Manager oversees the full operational, financial, and experiential performance of a large‑scale, highly amenity\-rich master‑planned community. This role ensures that the community delivers a cohesive, high‑quality lifestyle experience across amenities, resident services, events, infrastructure, and long‑term development phases.
