**Job Summary** --------------- Under the direction of the Supply Chain Superintendent the Contract Administrator is responsible for executing procurement activities with a primary focus on contract development, negations, and administration in compliance with company policies. This role supports operational efficiency and cost control through strategic vendor management and contract oversight. **Essential Functions** ----------------------- * Develop, draft, and administer contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and requirements. * Conduct contract negotiations with vendors, focusing on pricing, delivery terms, warranties, service levels, and risk mitigation with the support of the Supply Chain leadership. * Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and bid packages; evaluate vendor responses and make recommendations for award. * Collaborate with legal, operations, and project teams to ensure contracts are clear, enforceable, and structured for long\-term value. * Monitor vendor compliance with contractual terms and resolve performance issues or disputes. * Maintain accurate procurement and contract records to support audits and compl...
