This hands\-on leader is responsible for employee performance, scheduling, timecard approval, vendor receiving, inventory control, product quality, and overall warehouse effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities** * **Daily Operations:** Oversee receiving, put\-away, replenishment, picking, staging, returns, and sanitation. Set daily priorities, assign work, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. * **Employee Leadership:** Supervise department leads and assigned employees. Manage schedules, attendance, breaks, and overtime to maintain coverage.
