Mayvin is currently seeking an **Test \& Evaluation** **Operations Manager** to provide support to the Test \& Evaluation (T\&E) Division in the Department Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (DHS FEMA). This individual is responsible for workforce balance, workforce assignments to support projects and test events, leading staff meetings, tracking personnel availability, and other duties as needed. The role requires close coordination with Data Managers, analysts, cybersecurity personnel, test teams, and government stakeholders. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have an active Secret clearance. This position is contingent upon award. **Responsibilities**:* Perform project management and program analysis functions. * Establish and maintain a personnel tracker to ensure all projects and test events have the right level of effort and skillsets. * Demonstrate ability to communicate well with all stakeholders to include the team, the customer, and external parties such as national labs, universities, and other entities within FEMA. * Demonstrate organizational skills and timely communication with company leadership. **Required Qualifications**:* Bachelors degree with a mi...
