Description

The Branch Manager will be responsible for directing all aspects of the branch to include employee management, inventory control and loss prevention, and ensuring customer service standards. Must have experience supporting sales, excellent communication skills, and be able to multi\-task in a fast\-paced environment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop and maintain annual objectives and expense budgets for the branch based off of historical data, operational need, and customer demand * Work closely with Office Administrator to ensure that all customer orders are placed, scheduling is set, and billing is up to date in the system * Manage staff hours and schedules based off of branch needs * Build work relationships with staff to maintain a high level of customer service and support in a positive team\-oriented branch environment that matches the company’s mission and values * Ensure the communication of all required reports and goals is provided to all departments * Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence through employee engagement * Plan and conduct regular staff meetings and branch level events * Host operations meetings to monitor operational issues, customer concern...
