This role manages the high volume of day\-to\-day patient needs — including medication refill requests, minor symptom triage routing, and medical paperwork that would otherwise fall to the clinical team. The goal of this role is to keep the care team focused on direct patient care by ensuring these requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with great patient experience from the first interaction.
