**About this Job** ------------------ The Retirement Benefits Manager serves as an assistant to the Administrative Program Director 4\. They oversee operational aspects of the Defined Benefits (DB) Plan requirements for the Employer Services Department and acts as the lead program manager for the Membership Eligibility/Salary Reporting \& Employer Audit, Employer Training, and Special Projects operational areas by serving over 200 TRSL reporting agencies. **Why work for TRSL?** * **Service**– All Louisianans have benefited from teachers that inspire and encourage us.
