**POSITION SUMMARY:** The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant operations, including production, production scheduling, quality control, safety, maintenance, and personnel management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.
