Description

* Own end\-to\-end delivery of one or more large\-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and the IT roadmap; define scope, objectives, success metrics, and benefits realization plans; and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, and milestones across multiple workstreams. * Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leaders, business partners, and technical teams; deliver clear status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates; and facilitate decisions, escalate issues, and resolve conflicts and dependencies. * Establish and run program governance, including steering committees, change control, and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, while proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks. * Ensure adherence to security, audit, regulatory, and change management standards (e.g., ITIL, SOX, ISO 27001, as applicable). * Own program budget, forecasting, and variance tracking; manage vendor and third\-party relationships, SOWs, and contract deliverables; and coordinate resource allocation and capacity planning across project managers, engineers, and business teams. * Lead and mentor project managers and coordinator...
