Overview: Retail Area Manager will manage the goal\-oriented Retail Managers and or sales personnel in the region (or a specific geographic area, as determined by the V.P. of Retail). The Retail Area Manager will also be primarily responsible for the following: recruiting, hiring and training Retail Branch Managers and or sales personnel. Reviewing and Overseeing retail Branch Managers, Production Managers and or sales personnel and Branch Production.
