Hazard Companies is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 7\+ years of experience in heavy highway construction. Candidate will contribute to a variety of projects including but not limited to mass excavation/remedial work/structure excavation \& backfill, AC paving, underground, and concrete structures. site development, military, and DOT(Caltrans). We seek a motivated individual to assist our superintendents in the successful execution of these projects. Responsibilities: · Assist Superintendents in progress billing, track submittals, RFIs, and contract change orders. · Job cost tracking/updates. · Coordinate with Subcontractors on a variety of projects. · Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy · Understand contract documents (plans, specifications, contracts, etc.) · Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change.
