**Gulf Pacific Rice, LLC.** **Position**: Shipping Coordinator **Reports to**: Warehouse Manager **As of**: September 2026 **Position Summary:** The Shipping \& Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant movement of goods. This role supports and guides the on\-site shipping team, coordinates with internal departments (production, inventory, customer service, and quality assurance), and ensures outbound/inbound shipments meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. The role includes all traffic coordination, documentation, inventory oversight, and reporting on shipping activity and KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** **Shipping \& Receiving Operations** · Oversee inbound and outbound truck traffic; provide loading/unloading instructions and ensure timely execution. · Schedule and dispatch truck and rail shipments, coordinate pickup appointments, and manage drop trailers. · Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure shipments meet production, freezing, fumigation, and quality requirements. · Ensure product traceability and compliance with internal food safety...
