**Job Description** **Compensation Range:** $151,760\.60 to $189,700\.75 plus bonus, depending on relevant experience and qualifications. **Location:** This position may be based in Harrisburg, PA or Venice, FL. **Position Summary** The Director of Transportation is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise transportation strategy for MITER Brands, including inbound, outbound, and interplant transportation. This role provides strategic leadership for the company’s transportation network, including management of transportation providers and 3PL partners, optimization of freight and distribution costs, development and execution of inbound freight strategies, management of internal plant transfers, and initiatives that enhance customer experiences. This position leads transportation sourcing and contracting strategies, including carrier negotiations, long\-term transportation agreements, freight cost management, and market intelligence.
