**Certified Medical Assistant or Licensed Vocational Nurse** **Position Overview** The **Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)** plays a vital role in supporting the healthcare team in a professional and compassionate manner within the clinic setting. This position is responsible for delivering high\-quality patient care, including administering immunizations and providing health education to patients of all ages in accordance with established clinical standards. The CMA/LVN prepares patients for examinations, obtains and documents vital signs and health information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR), and assists providers to ensure optimal patient care and flow.
