**About the Role** RadX is a growing healthcare services company with multiple entities and an active acquisition strategy, currently migrating from QuickBooks Enterprise to NetSuite. The Assistant Controller supports the Controller with month\-end/year\-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cash management, while playing a key role in the ERP migration \- account mapping, data validation, testing, and documentation. This is a hands\-on role for someone comfortable in a multi\-entity, fast\-growing environment who uses Excel and AI tools to work efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the Controller with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes * Own month\-end/year\-end close tasks: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and balance sheet accounts * Support consolidated, multi\-entity financial reporting and intercompany accounting * Manage AP/AR, bank and cash reconciliations, and cash forecasting * Support purchase accounting and integration for newly acquired entities * Drive the QuickBooks\-to\-NetSuite migration: account mapping, data validation, UAT, and documentation * Use Excel and AI tools to streamline reporting, ...
