**Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient** **Location:** Tucson, AZ **Job Type:** Contract **Contract:** 26 Weeks **Pay Rate: $ 1,900 To $ 2,187 Per week** **Schedule:** Day Shift **Experience:** 1 Year Minimum **About the Role** We are seeking a **Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient** for a 26\-week contract in Tucson, Arizona. The PT will provide rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting and must have prior experience working within an outpatient physical therapy environment. This position offers consistent daytime hours with 40 guaranteed hours during standard weeks and 32 guaranteed hours during holiday weeks. **Responsibilities** * Evaluate patients and provide individualized physical therapy services in an outpatient setting. * Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals. * Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. * Educate patients regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation goals. * Complete required clinical documentation and related outpatient therapy responsibilities throughout the assignment. **Requirements** * Outpatient Physica...
