Our **Visiting Physical Therapist** for our VNA Certified division is responsible and accountable for evaluation, coordination, and administration of quality physical therapy services. At Aveanna, our services include Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Home Health Aide support delivered in patients’ homes. We serve diverse populations across all ages, including patients with chronic conditions, behavioral health needs, skilled nursing requirements, and therapy needs. **Pay** $65\-80 per hour/visit based on the pay point model **Why Join Us?** * Flexible scheduling\- full\-time \& part\-time.
