The Contract Administrator acts as a vital link between Sales and Production, ensuring all contracts are complete, accurate, and ready for processing. Reporting to the Intake \& Ordering Lead, this role reviews incoming contracts, verifies documentation, communicates corrections, manages job holds, converts opportunities in rForce, and maintains digital files. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contract Review: Verify customer info, product specs, pricing, permits, signatures, financing, and other required documentation. * Issue Resolution: Identify and communicate missing or incorrect info, place jobs on hold if needed, track follow\-ups, and escalate unresolved issues. * CRM Management: Convert approved opportunities to sold orders in rForce, ensuring data accuracy. * File Management: Upload and organize all related documents securely and systematically within...
