**About us** TreVenti Ventures develops and operates indoor entertainment venues. We partner with leisure concepts that have already proven themselves internationally and bring them to new North American markets. As part of our expansion in the United States, we are preparing the opening of a new venue in Pennsauken, in the Philadelphia area, planned for early 2027\. Combining customer experience, friendly competition and social fun, it will welcome families, groups of friends and companies seven days a week. **The role** We are looking for the General Manager who will take charge of the venue from the pre\-opening phase and then lead it day to day. As the site leader, you will be fully responsible for its operational, people and commercial performance, supported by a team experienced in opening and running entertainment centers. **Responsibilities** * Lead the pre\-opening phase: recruit, onboard and train the local team * Oversee all operations and ensure an outstanding customer experience * Build staff schedules for a seven\-day operation * Grow revenue, especially through corporate events, birthdays and private bookings * Track KPIs, budget, inventory and costs, and report to m...
