A24 is seeking a Senior FP\&A Associate to join our Finance team. This role will provide critical support across financial planning, modeling, reporting, and capital raise processes, working closely with Accounting and business unit stakeholders to deliver the analysis leadership and our investors rely on. This role is based in our New York office. **Initial Responsibilities** * Support annual budget process, monthly/quarterly reporting, and ongoing re\-forecasting, ensuring alignment between financial outcomes and business objectives. * Build and maintain the company's consolidated operating model and investor model, refining the mechanics and structure as the business evolves. * Support investor relations, including preparing materials, financial schedules, and ad hoc analyses. * Act as the primary finance point of contact for the TV team, owning their budget and quarterly re\-forecast and staying close enough to the business to flag developments that move the numbers. * Own the dashboards, reporting architecture, and financial systems that give the company a single source of truth, using modern tooling (Pigment, Hex, Snowflake, Claude) to make reporting faster and more accurate....
