H2 Performance Consulting (H2\), a high\-growth technology firm, is seeking a Contract Program Manager to support a U.S. government client. The Program Manager will serve as the primary contact to lead task\-order execution, administration, quality assurance, deliverables, and efficiency. This is an onsite position supporting a government client. The position requires U.S. citizenship at the time of application. This position is contingent upon contract award, final staffing requirements, security eligibility, certification requirements, and customer approval, where applicable. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead task\-order execution, administration, quality assurance, deliverables and efficiency. * Supervise all contractor personnel, assign workload, coordinate technical efforts and stakeholder meetings. * Close actions, provide reports and promptly elevate performance issues. * Ensure staff follow DHS/ICE rules and safety practices.
