**Business Analyst / Project Manager** **Target Salary: $70K to $75K** **LOCATION:** DLIFLC, 1759 Lewis Road, Monterey, CA 93944 **Position Description:** * Develops, coordinates, tracks, and manages projects for a variety of simultaneous initiatives of varying sizes. * Supports cross functional project teams consisting of application development, IT operations, and information security teams. * Works with subject matter experts to document user acceptance test plans and coordinates the execution of user acceptance testing. * Documents and tracks project changes, risks, and issues through resolution. * Regularly meets with stakeholders to identify and document business, functional, and technical requirements. * Maintains and updates all documentation requirements. * Communicates changes to requirements and projects to all stakeholders. **Position Requirements**: * Strong interpersonal and communications skills. * Ability to translate conceptual requirements into business and functional requirements. * Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. * Experience managing projects across development lifecycles (analysis through implementation). * Track reco...
