An established multi\-entity company operating across retail, hospitality, distribution, manufacturing, and e\-commerce is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team. This is a hands\-on executive role offering the opportunity to shape financial strategy, support business expansion, and drive operational excellence across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities * Lead corporate financial strategy and long\-term planning. * Oversee accounting, FP\&A, treasury, budgeting, tax, compliance, and reporting. * Ensure accurate consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities. * Partner with executive leadership to improve profitability and cash flow. * Lead financial modeling, investment analysis, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives. * Manage banking relationships, audits, internal controls, and risk management. * Drive ERP implementation and finance process automation. * Build and mentor a high\-performing finance team.
