Description: The Controller is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting and financial operations while remaining actively involved in the day\-to\-day accounting function. This position manages the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger, financial reporting, cash management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, and month\-end close process. The ideal candidate is a **hands\-on accounting leader** who is comfortable preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations, analyzing financial results, managing accounting staff, improving processes, and working directly with the CFO and other members of the leadership team.
